Dear Sir,

I was very proud to know the Aakash tablet before its launch and after launch of the actual product, which I could only see on internet and in the news. I was so amazed about an Indian inventing the "lowest cost tablet in the world" that I ordered one online, around 2 years back & since then I have had such a bad experience, with your organization before receiving the product and with the product itself, after I received it after a long and frustrating follow up with your company executives.

First, I had paid my money in 2012 and received the product in 2014. As if this was not frustrating enough, I was shocked to experience the product. It has a very low battery life. All this in a country where power is a big problem and the target segment for whom you had developed the product don't even have the privilege of getting 24 hour uninterrupted power.

Second, The device is not able to connect with the computer and drivers cannot be installed. And moreover, there is no tech. support from the company.

I am deliberately not complaining about the touch, speed and other factors as it is meant to be so at that price.

I think you have yourself defeated the purpose and vision for which you had started the organization. What will the customers, those poor students, get out of this?

I wish you had used the product yourself before launching and marketing it. I feel cheated.
