Axis Bank Ltd has become tycoon in banking sector from few years but when it comes to the benefits of employees then it is one of the biggest Organization which always looks after its profits only rather than employees. In other words we can say that Axis Bank is on the top when it comes to exploitation of employees.
One of the acquaintance of my friend was working in Axis Bank Ltd and he had so many sales target to achieve given by the bank.
Employees who works in front office have to stretch their working hours daily for 1.30-2 hours. So, if you are gonna be part of front office then forget your social life.
Recommendations:
I don't recommend anyone to start their career by joining this organization.
