My experience was not good with Axis Bank. This bank is responded very late. I applied for personal loan in this bank. I handed over all the documents on time but they required some more document so I again forwared it but there was no reply for the acceptance. They should be proactive in processing the documents for the personal loan and understand the customer situation. This bank rate of interest was very high. It was of 18.5% . The processing charges was of 5k. Overall not been happy for the personal loan expreince.
