I got the AVA's brochure from Citibank. I bought a "Princess" Butterfly pearl necklace and Ricardo suitcase from AVA Merchandising. When the necklace arrived, it was broken. I had to send the necklace back to Delhi for replacement. Though the new necklace did arrive in a good condition, the quality and the shine of the necklace was inferior when compared to the previous necklace(Pl. note that the first necklace that came was also not that great quality wise).
The Ricardo suitcase's zip won't close properly, but since it would have been very costly to send the suitcase back for replacement, I decided to stick with the low quality suitcase also.
The only advantage is that the products are home delivered thro' Blue Dart so chances of it getting lost or stolen is NIL. The customer service was okay as I had to call few times to get the problem sorted.
I doubt the quality of these products and would advice people to exercise caution before buying anything from AVA merchandising.
