I placed an order for a digital olympus camera and a free FOCE watch on the 20th of January 2010, and after repeated calls did not get the product on time i.e. after 21 days. Therefore I placed a cancellation order to which they did not comply. The Customer Care executives are trained to answer in the same language evrytime I called. To my blues today 10-2-10 the CCE replied that they do not have the camera in stock and I could order something else. The company also refused to refund my money. Please help. I request banks to stop putting the brochures of such fraud companies in the mailers.
It is a company not worth trusting.
