This is for Atos employees only. The people outside Atos are not allowed to use this trick as it would be considered as spam. Its common practice in all Indian offices of Atos(specially Pune -Hinjewadi) locations to neglect employees and harass them by not responding to their emails.
There is no escalations matrix available to raise the issues with senior management(Global management). The local management in India is the best example of stupidity and neglection. SO WHAT YOU NEED TO DO IS ADD GLOBAL CEO IN CC AND YOUR WORK WILL GET DONE WITHIN HOURS. That's the only way you can solve your problems in Atos. Don't forget to add other directors from Global management in CC. They would be happy to help employees for well being. If you have salary issues, attendance, transport or other variables and bonuses problems, just contact global management.
Do not add India head. He is very idle person and weak in management techniques. No one listens to him and have less(or no) influence on HR team. I REPEAT, ADD GLOBAL MANAGEMENT IN CC INCLUDING GLOBAL CEO IF YOU ARE NOT ENTERTAINED BY LOCAL HR TEAM OR YOUR PROJECT MANAGERS.
