Following are some points which I would like to highlight about this organization as my review -
Salary and Benefits - For freshers or less experience professional salary is ok if compare to the market started. For the experienced professionals not much expectations should be there from salary and benefits. In appraisals not much increments are there.
Job Security - One of my friend is struggling in getting project from months and as there is no projects for him there is a sense of job security. Though my friend is quite good at work.
Career Growth - Resource management is poor they should improve there resource allocation. They are not good at utilizing the resource skills. Irrespective of skills, experience, interest of an employee they allocate the projects. So growth is not good.
Work Environment- There is a lot of politics at every level. Communication is not professional and friendly.
