Worst company I ever worked for.They will offer you average package at time of joining but will not give you increments for years, no matter how good you are.Well here useless resources are made managers and Technical resources are thwarted till the time they run away from company.HR is useless.Admin only comes up with ridiculous policies.Fools are managing the company and people who are working from 15+ years have made their group.A sarkari company with no benefits.
Manager's fired good resources at time of recession to settle their scores.But if you just do work of brushing their ego you can grow.Manager's are gods here and resource is having no importance.Too much politics in such a small company.They beg for projects.Because of their useless management, they loose projects for ridiculous reasons.They have grown to 3000 employee only in last 20 years, because of sick work culture.
