Some headless chickens in management put forward the idea of'zero-email'. According to this concept, employees are banned to send any emails in the office. The reason behind it is saving time and utilizing it for other task. Even if you get less salary or you have any problem in company, you can't send an email to anyone. They will neglect you by telling we are'Zero company' so can't reply you. Actually those headless chickens are jealous of Bill gates and Microsoft.
They can't be like them. Guys think several times before joining this company as no one is going to reply your queries. The worst management I ever scene. Global Management has only one agenda i.e. Implement'Zero Email' policy. Other than this, they know nothing and do nothing. The company having no vision and they are ruining careers of many youths. Think before joining.
