Its been just one year and the trouble with the inverter has started. The Prestolite battery being used by APC is a worst battery.within one year it has given up. I am still in the warranty period and I am having trouble getting a replacement.The call center is even worse.its been more than a week they were not able to replace the battery and there is no one to give a estimated time for replacement. The escalation team is also bad.they give all types of excuses to buy time. After a week they have replaced the battery and now they say the unit is also faulty and they have to replace the whole unit. Only god knows when will they be able to replace the unit now.
They sell the unit through dealers and when we contact the dealer they would say to get in touch with the call center.and saga continues no one would reply about the product and looks like you are in soup.having invested so much.
I strongly recommend do not purchase APC inverter.
