Customer support is absolutely worst for this device I called for customer support on the provide customer care no. They said I have take the product to them I mean which customer service provider says we have to take product to them when I aruged and was attened upon after nearly 10 days. which is worst if you are lucky you might get early. Engineer came for the service was absolutely arrogant. And coming on to the product this is also no good its just a brand name but back up for this product is not good considering its price .so I would never recommend to buy this product as a ex user of this product. I had to finally sell this product in olx for a very low price out of frustration.
