I purchased the product from Mr.Gunashekar (Bengaluru) (Mob: 9844057472), who informed that his products are genuine APC. Now I realize that I was misled into this.
The products sold are spurious APC with Bicron Batteries. Within a year, the product got into a fix and there was arrogant response from the seller. I had to contact a different Service agent to get the same fixed.
Please stay away from the Spurious products and do not waste your hard earned money on these thugs.
