The servicing of AO smith is pathetic to say the least. I am waiting for repair of my under warranty geyser since last 5 days with no anvil. Constantly following up with them time and again and no one has turned up. What pathetic service! just becox it is under warranty and they will get no money they are acting like this! disgusting and the customer care rep has no answer apart from an automated response of let us check and sorry for inconvenience! please shut your shop AO Smith.
