I had a nice experience in AMRI Dhakuria. My father was admitted for 19 days with more than a week in ICU under Dr. Saswati Sinha. He was a peculiar problem which took time, a lot of investigation and intelligent diagnosis. We believed in the narrative that was told to us and cross-checked with our limited knowledge. We kept faith. It took time but his problem was diagnosed finally and it was an accurate diagnosis. Senior doctor SK Todi also met and explained the approach they took throughout the stay.
Since his problem was psychological as well doctor and the staff were helpful in accommodating peculiar requests without throwing the rule book at us.
The hospital is vegetarian and that SUCKS! And the reception staff have an expression which lacks basic protocols of customer service. They need training in the front office and AMRI HR should take note. So I deducted one star. But overall I am very happy with their treatment.
Note: I am writing this review after one and a half months since he was released just to be sure that their treatment was correct.
