I offer a job from this company on the 12 May2015 as a Developer of the company.
They were offering me a package of 1, 80, 000 they were taking some money as a bond and they were give them back in 2 years with the interest of the 8% they were taking 1, 00, 000 as bond price.
Then after the 2 years I am apply application for my bond amount and they were passed after 8 months and the 1, 00, 000 rupees were only come not interest amount were be given to me.
The one more thing I want to tell is about the infrastructure of the building is in not proper area there near is a dance club so, the too much noises were created by them due this employee can't focus on there work.
The salary is less the work they were giving is more .
Daily 8 hours and the 6 days in week.
The work is more as compare to salary.
The increment were not given to you and no bonus were given to you until you should work for 3 years or more.
So, Rather not go for this company rather than you should go for the TCS very good and awesome company.
