Highly unprofessional and Unethical company. Review on AG Technologies Pvt Ltd

Don't know where to begin with..One of most worst experiences of my life to work in this company.Evrything about this company is fake..CMM level 5, MNC, Abroad Opportunities you name it and its false. The oly truth about this company is Unprofessional, Bad behaviour with employees, Zero job security, poor pay package, Exploitation. Managers treat you as if you are a slave to them.Ganesh Gajakosh, Jesitat Khochre, Subramani, Keyur are the biggest assholes in this company.

Ganesh has a very bad eye towards his female employees..makes vulgur and cheap comments to them.So nt a safe place for women.plz dnt join..asshole evn had an affair with hs female employees. Keyur and subramani are biggest managmnt chamchas..the oly thng dey want is to prove there importance..this two people think they are the worlds best s/w testrs but honestly dey r biggest loosers.keyur removes unncessary bugs  in the name of quality testing and screws the project.Subramni as usual supports hm like a dick..You gt one bad mail from client subramani shits in his pants.

Employee always works late @ nite evn on weeknds here with no comp offs. evn if u r 5 mins late to offce ur sal is deducted evn tohough you work late @ d sme nite..the owner of this company is typical marwadi..wont evn care to distribut sweets to its employees durin diwali..HR team are lazy asses..They lure employees by claiming CMM level 5 and MNC..once employee joins they wont evn care to c if employee is alive or dead.

The funniest part is evn though company claims to be cmm level 5 it still uses age old desktop monitors.Ag technologies has started with a new policy..that is giving pn (performance notices) to its employees..evry second day a employee gets a pn in the name of performance. and if a person is tied in a bond dey also blackmail them to pay the bond amount for relieving letters..annish goenka md of ag can stop down to any level to mk money dats is oly concern..cnt blame hm aftal hes a marwadi..wt mre shld I sy guyz..join dis company if u wanna mk ur lyf hell..
