I was sent a courier from Tata Bombay office to Chennai through AFL. Since I dint receive for one month, I followed with Tata and got all the details. When I followed with AFL, they made me call them for three weeks and later told me they have lost the package and they were not ready to help me in anyway.


I am in process of filing a complaint in the consumer court on them. Please do not use this service.
