I had the worst experience in ADP Pvt Ltd. when I joined in this organisation. Initial days I thought that, it would be a great place to work, then in real time after a little bit of time I realize that I was working like a donkey .
They just behave like that we are the servants of the comapny. after that I did not get good career growth. They do not promote any one even if you put your full effort. Every where you can find great politics. They must need some understanding the issues of the staffs. If you asked about growth the management & HR never worry about your career.
You just dont get it.They say that the company is giving salary every month but they dont do it and you will not be satisfied with that salary. Always you can find that managers and HR are involved in the politics . I have spoiled my career to join this organization. They are just a crap to your career. Please think and join. Carefully thought about every aspects. Please don’t dream that you get the the highs.
