I joined ADP hyd and had a wonderful experience. What I like most was the time they devoted on training. It was well planned. We didn't carry learning home. They made it easy for us by giving review sessions everyday. Of course I remember the way I pulled my trainer Sohail's leg.
Sydney is an awesome dedicated trainer. He imparts training apart from the work he has and he is good at it because he is a genius and knows inside out of the work he does.
I feel their payscale was competitive and better than others in the field. The perks were also satisfactory. The best part was the internal flexibility. I met quite a lot of women who opted for day work after they were tired of working in the night. They were easily given good roles and this way I am sure they can retain employees well.
One of my training mate could not manage to speak well and he did not improve even after going on the floor.I thought I would not see him there for a long time but I remember he was put into web services where he did not require to speak.
I thoroughly enjoyed and learnt while working there. I quit working for my personal reasons.
Like I said I still miss going to ADP.
This is my experience.Yours might be different. So choose based on your needs and parameters.
All the best!
