It's been 4 months since I disconnected my ACT broadband and they won't remove the ACT box off my home.
Been sending emails to them, they create a ticket for nothing. It is still not removed. It is going to charge me Rs.50 every month. They will refuse to remove the box!
So, DON'T ACCEPT TO KEEP ACT BOX AT YOUR HOME. Find the attached screenshots as a proof! I'm so exhausted speaking with them!
It's basically they will not support your if you're no longer their customer! But, what did I ask? Just remove what they fixed at my home that is consuming my electricity for free!
