Bad Responses. Review on ACT Broadband

I used" Act Broadband" from many years. The speed of the internet is good but sometimes the speed is not stable.It started getting low after the limit of the month is also not complete. Even sometimes I am not able to use internet I can't login.Act Started sending bill every first of the month it keep sending messages on mobile due payment of bill and if the payment is not clear by the tenth of every month they disconnect the service send start calling regarding bill payment to clear bill if I try to pay bill online sometime my card is not accepted it shows this bank service are temporary blocked so I can't able to pay then I need to go office and pay. The person who is doing business or job does not have time to go and pay if they try to pay online can't pay. The team support of Act is worst if my internet is not working I call to them and say them to fix they say it will solved in 24 hours. Act members say I need to change router if it not working after I changed then also I facing problem. I Don't prefer anyone until the problem are solved.
