Last 1 year was with minor issues. Now I have billing issues and bad connectivity on a daily basis and CC is not useful.
Even after making payment on time, still have billing issues. No one know if I made bill payment or FUP reset and my speed has been reduced due to that.
Worse is if I call after 10 pm, the CC wants to dump the call on technician and move on to the next call because their shift end at 11:30 pm and no one will be available till next day. upgraded my plans to reduce FUP reset and result is its worse than before.
I think there are other service providers who give enough speed with less hassles. Time to check them.
