ACT people doesnt act on the failure.
There is always something which will make the net go down,
They are giving an awesome speed, like 60Mbps or 100Mbps. We had 100Mbps 60GB plan. and we used to exhaust out limits in 2-3 daysor single weekend.
I had ask the customer support that how that is possible. they always have some answers ready with them.
Pros:
Speed. No one is getting that kind of.
cons:
False billing I suppose.
Server goes down frequently.
