Hello Everyone,


I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the internet connectivity provided by ACT to my home.


In your brochure you had mentioned that your company uses technology that guarantees uninterrupted internet connectivity. However, this does not seem to be true and its all fake commitments.


The problem started on last Tuesday Nov 14th 2017 and it is continuing, I don't have connectivity to internet. I believe back end switch is broken or or power has a problem as per customer care executive's statement . For this reason I am not having the internet access since more than 10 days.


I called many times to Technical Team but the connection problem still continuous. The field engineer is telling I am the only one who is affected but customer care are telling that 8 customers are affected. I don't know whom should I believe either customer care or tech team. It seems they are interested for big business not even much bother about small business.


I am receiving  many calls after escalating this issue to ACT's management and now engineers are stating that there is no place for keep the switch where all the customer's are connected and he wants to move the location of the switch to my place where I am residing in a rental house and installing /power supply from the my building is definitely not possible because landlord objects to that.


ACT team is pushing me to allow the same after giving the confirmation many times and pressurizing that if I won't allow them to install the equipment they will disconnect the service whereas this was not communicated earlier before providing the connection.


I have never expected such a bad response to a frustrated customer from ACT and customer care team don't understand the pain of the customers.


I don't know how many Years or Months ACT will take to resolve this issue.
