Hi All,
I'm using act broadband service in Bangalore. I have used last 9 moths but its every 10 days server goes down. after establish the connection if we are getting any problems, act people responds immediately solve the problem in 1st and 2nd month after that it's network speed is worst. they provide dail up speed especially in the morning.download speed is very low.once I log out and again connecting with the server it becomes impossible, from 3rd month on wards I repeatedly complained about this problem when I was called to customer care at that time they are not responding to us.when I was took this connection download speed is around 80Mbps and upload speed is 60Mbps . while entering into next month download speed becomes 30Mbps and upload speed becomes 17Mbps . for that I contacted customer care so many times but no action on this. even though contacted the customer care they said that the problem is with your computer. so that I would not suggest to any one to take the act broadband.
