My experience:
1st Sept - Internet disconnects. Logged a complaint. 2 PM evening.
Service Guy: There is a fiber cut sir. We won't be able to fix this problem until tomorrow after 8 AM. However, I am closing this complaint. Please call me but don't call customer care.
2nd Sept: Me@11.30: Is internet fixed? No sir, it will take another 1 hr.
2nd Sept: Me@12.30: Fixed? No 1/2 hr.
Finally got internet at 2 PM.
4th Sept: Internet Disconnect. Logged a complain. Reply: Server Issue, 2 hrs ETA. Actual 4 hrs
and so in Sept(approx 4)
1 Oct: Fiber cut. no service for 24 hrs.
3 Oct: Switch issue(3PM): No service until now(3 PM on 4th Oct)
4g usage - 800 Rs on Airtel. Compensation from ACT - 0.00 Rs.
Decide guys why you shouldn't disconnect this poor service?
