WORST CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCED. I have been following up from quiet some time regarding my connection shifting complaint and what they have offered is a pathetic service and hell lot of trouble. ID: 0006701994
Cons:
No resolution of requests.
Extremely rude customer support executives sometimes you feel as if you are there to resolve their request.
It would take 5-10 mins for each time when you call their customer service(don't believe me try it yourself call 080-42840000), and always customer care executives are busy.(Feel luck if you can get on a call with them within 5 mins).
Better packages for internet offered by other Providers.
Regular service disruptions are part of everyday routine.
Pros:
None I can think of.
Think twice before you choose ACT, because they would never REACT to your grievances.
