As per this offer - I have been not able use it properly. Today morning I had called up ACT BROADBAND TEAM and had asked them to explain the same. I was clearly told that after I cross FUP Limit or after 24th Nov - FUP Usage will be reset to what it was originally on 18th of Nov.
Currently I am not able to use internet because of this confusion and this is heavily frustrating. I was initially happy seeing this courtesy and welcomed this offer from ACT but I think it has not been implemented in
proper way.
Currently my internet is not working properly at my original 2 MBPS speed or(15 MBPS as per offer) since my FUP has not been reset. Can you please take action at earliest and fix this issue? Please escalate it properly as I have been regular customer and this is very bad experience which has caused me unnecessary trouble.
I have also raised a complaint:Request No: 0001431491. Looking forward to quick resolution!
