No doubt abt internet speed. Speed is really good. But minimum for 7-10 days in a month u will not get any internet connection.
It will take minimum 15minutes time to connect the customer care. These ppl will keep promising u dat the issue will be fixed soon, but nothing dey will do even after 72 hours.
I am using dis connection from last 4years just bcoz of the speed. I am frustrated with der customer service.
Even after using volgure language dey dont even bother abt da problem. 3rd time I am raising the same issue in last two weeks. But still I am not getting any positive response from act broadband service. Plz let me know if der is any good service provider, now I am frustrated and wanna switch the internet connection.
