I came to mouthshut and saw so many negatives about ACT. For any product there are more negative reviews on mouthshut. People tend to post negatives when they are angry and never turn up and praise a network when it is serving properly.
So for any product you will see negative reviews more on mouthshut or any other place. You have to experience and decide. I went to this provider for the sake of speed for the amount I give. Airtel robs, I had tata photon+ connection which has become worse now-a-days. I myself has posted ill about tata photon which served me for 4 years without any trouble:( That does not mean it is a bad provider but it gave me torture for 2 months that is worth 4+ years.
So I had to take some provider who would provide me some value for the money I give. So I zeroed to ACT.
Till now speed is as promised. I may come and post negative if I have bitter experience with them. Till now its good. If I do have bitter experience, I always have another one to choose. So no big deal. I can also survive without internet:D
I rate based on current status which may change later.
