I had paid for 6 months and got a connection upon paid 1500+ 800 and now again got a bill asking to pay 1000+ and in return for delay they disconnected my connection. When the plan itself is 999+ taxes how come you charge this much for a 6 months connection?
And the Customer Support Agents are such an IDIOTS sitting there with no information about the issue and NO BRAINS on how to deal if the customer have an issue.
