The installation happened just yesterday and since today morning 10am the Internet is not working. I raised a complaint at 12:30pm and the Engineer who came at 2:30pm really struggled to rectify the problem. Later when I called him at 3:30pm he said the internet would be set right by 5pm.
Yet there is no resolution and hence called up the helpdesk again at 5:15pm. I was told that heavy rains could have damaged the cables. if this is really the case, I dread the thought of ACT network working during the monsoon. I never had any problem with BSNL even during very heavy rains. Though your speed may be good but it should be at the cost of net availability, The latter is more critical for users than the speed.
