For installation they take 4-5 weeks, that too after constant follow up! This will just be a glimpse of the immense pain you will be facing in the future. Once the connection goes down, call the customer care and raise a complaint. It ends there. NOBODY cares after that!
There's NO such thing called as repair / service. Only a constant follow up with some 20-25 calls will fall on some ears by chance and only then some technician might come to your place. These technicians have absolute zero knowledge, blame other departments for the failure and tell you that they have fixed the problem, leave your place and close the complaint, only to recognize later that the problem still persists! Again, raise a complaint.
It's a never ending story!
