I personally wanted to take ACT broadband connection to my home.and even called them to give a connection.
But tis ACT broadband has a worst customer service.
They didn't even responded even after 2 weeks.
Finally they showed up but still not able to give the connection. Saying that server is in the other building you have to write a letter to them for us to establish a connection to your home.I mean seriously come on.
Its your duty to do that.
The worst experience so far with this broadband.
