I took the connection a month ago by paying 6 months upfront as they offered router. I was very impressed initially with the consistent speed of the connection. But now the sad part started .
ACT internet is down for last 6 days and no clue of when is it coming back. Pathetic customer support people. Give false commitments. Now they don't even respond properly for my disconnection request.
Worst ISP ever!
