Hello friend,
I am tell about the the ACT fibernet.
I am from hanumanagar area, took internet from ACT Fibernet. Internet got disconnected for a small rain. I opened ticket with their customer service, they kept giving me date saying its's going to get fixed by afternoon, evening by 8 pm like they read from script. I checked that the original issue was and they had no answer, their ticket system online has no updates on status.
It's been 3 days since I lost internet and no work has been done. If I call, customer service talks at high pitch like scolding and they closed my ticket. I took internet so I could complete my us based word. I work on prod servers and I have to be connected to vpn to complete my work. They have caused a huge loss for me.
