I took the 2300/month plan as it provides good amount of data at 100mbps. During the month of April the connection stopped working. Customer care told me it will take 2 days to get resolved. The issue went for 3 weeks and finally resolved only on May 1st. During the time when the connection was not there the customer care agents promised that I would not be charged for 3 weeks. But when I got the bill, there was no waiver. I got frustrated and called the customer care to discontinue my connection and without paying the bill. The disconnection request didnt happen until June 16th when I paid the remaining amount. Until then I was not using any internet connection from the time I requested to discontinue.
Now when I paid the bill and finally the service is discontinued, a new bill got generated asking me to pay another Rs 1149. Dont know what the hell this is about.
The level I got frustrated calling ACT customer care is incredible. I cant explain that in words.
So my advice, if you want good hastle free internet connection and a customercare which does not boils your blood, dont go for ACT. They dont deliver what they promise.
