Hi Friends, We are using ACT from last 2 months. Its a six months package, recently we have shifted our house
to a near by location. I called up service people to shift my address and re connection, they told that it will be done in 48 hours. It has been a week and no response, when ever I call they r saying it will be done. At last I requested to cancell the connection, for this they are asking several questions and not disconnecting it.
