I feel this review is:
They promised free installation on paying for six months. Sales person(Samba), his supervisor(Prasanna) and the customer care left taking any responsibility for this. After waiting for 15 days also they have not given the connection. They have processed a refund which I did not ask for and refused to give a reason. they keep saying they'll get back after getting the information but doesn't call till days. following up with them is another pain because waiting time is too much before reaching the executives and they tell they'll put the call on hold for checking something but never comeback and disconnect after long hold. Absolute harassment of customers and waste of their time and money.
