All they do is harass you about bill payment. I had discontinued the service for ACT in the month of April. They offered me a 50% discount if I reconnect it. I asked to enquire about this offer and without explaining much they just reactivated my connection. Since that day they have been harassing me about bill payment. I told them that I am willing to pay if only they provide me the 50 promised discount(although I had not confirmed about reactivation). They agreed and I paid some amount to their executive. Now they keep calling me so that I pay the full remaining amount. They call daily at least 4 times and I have to explain my situation to every one of them.
Taking ACT was the worst decision of my life.
