Dear Review about Customer Service Rep – RAVI R(DUMB-ASS)
RAVI R – PROVIDED ONE OF THE MOST DIRTIEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
1) RAVI R – gave all incorrect information about account details(ADDRESS) which was not even reflecting in their system(personally updated in Nov – 2016)
2) RAVI R - doesn’t understand nor listen to any word that we speak. Instead he rebuttals with lame answers which doesn’t make any sense.
3) RAVI R - refused to do a warm transfer for(25mins) on purpose, when asked for supervisor.
4) RAVI R – INTENTIOALLY BLOCKED MY INTERNET SERVICE FROM MARCH 14TH 8:30 PM TO MARCH 15TH 8AM AT BACKEND(user application)
5) RAVI R – OVERALL IS NOT FIT TO BE A CUSTOMER SERVICE REP
Supervisor – SAVIN SHARMA – THE GREAT SUPER CONFIDENT SUP-
1) Savin S the great didn’t have the courtesy to accept firms mistake to provide better resolution. Instead he raise a request for nothing.(when your field techs called – I honestly told them that you’re a bigger dumbass!
ACT DIGIAL SERVICE – KEEPS RIPPING OFF CUSTOMERS BY ADDING ALACART CHANNELS WITHOUT CUSTOMERS CONSENT.(WILL FILE A LAWSUIT GOING FORWARD)
ACT BROADBAND –STOP RIPPING OFF OUR INDIAN CUSTOMER – MOVE YOUR BUSINESS OUT FROM KARNATAKA!
