If you are in Hyderabad and looking for broadband connection, you should definitively go for this. I don't say its the best but when compared to other broadband connections, ACT fiber is cheap and best and the service is average. you get 1mbps @ 469 Rs and 10 Mbps @ 750 Rs, I used both the plans, the basic plan of 1Mpbs will be enough to browse through videos without any buffers maximum of two users running youtube for example. If you are concerned about downloads go for the second plan.
Talking about the customer service, I have experienced really great delay during the connection, they have been saying "ticket has been raise" tons of times will no resolution in time or without any info on why the delay has been made.Beam has lots of customers in Hyderabad and support is just ok but you will have to be little patience to get the help in time.
Regarding the service, from the day of the connection I didn't find any issue with the connectivity, getting the connection of time was only issue.
Finally I would recommend this to a friend.
note: there are other broadbands in the city which offer even cheaper deals but as far as few service providers I came across which my friends used has connectivity issues in time.
