Since I got the connection, there have been many occurrences when I am not able to connect to the internet. Each and every time I call the customer care, they say that there is some issue and that it will be resolved by next day 8 PM. Well it has NEVER ever been resolved by the committed time frame.
I have to call them again and again to do a follow up of my complaint, again spending my money. This time though it has been fir the worst. In 15 days, my net was off for around 8-9 days in an interval of 3 times. It's really frustrating. Each time the customer care guys will tell that there is some major problem and they will fix it permanently this time but again after 3-4 days, the connection goes off. You cannot work from home as the service is very unreliable.
