I need to raise grievance since eighteenth April 2021 issue with moderate speed and buffering while live cricket match till 30 lacs sees it's fine after 35 lacs its beginnings buffering I was utilizing 50mbps speed then I called to client care to determine the issue, at that point he recommended me to go for burst pack which has 75 Mbps then I concurred went for blast again a similar issue began I again raised grumbling second time with trusting they will address my issue then I got get back to from end group as opposed to visiting my place then he request that I reset and request that I switch off the switch for 20 seconds each day then he shut my ticket without my anxiety.


I did that equivalent as he said again same issue confronting, of course I have open ticket third time again some Technician called me ask issue them I have again clarify him complete story then he said will get back, at that point he didn't get back for 24 hours after that he called me saying that there was issue in worker so nt everything will fine u can check if any issue plz call me I quickly checked yet a similar issue


I again called that individual his name is raghu he said will get back in 2 mins then he shut my ticket again I have raised my ticket for fourth time nw it's as of now multi day over where I'm dealing with issue then I have call client care and shoot them for what they did then following day I got call from specialized help some female the manner in which she reducing my issue profoundly I resembled atleast nw my issue will set everything straight except I wasn't right again I got call from expert name ganesh he visited my place checked issue even he was unable to discover then I revealed to him issue start in nite following 9 consistently then he requested that I record the issue send him on his whatapp no I did same as he told then next I'm seeing my ticket is been shut again fourth time the again I opened fifth time I got call following a 24 hour opening my ticket with same individual raghu I had saved his no the manner in which he was going about as though he is calling me first time then I advised him dnt be shrewd I have saved ur no then he said will get back again without settled So I really want to suggest that don’t go with broadband.....
