ACT broadband is the surest way of loosing your money. It took six month Rs 9, 600 package of 25 mbps broadband - its three weeks now and the service only worked for one day. I lodged complaints and each time they promised immediate rectification and nothing happened. Because the service quality is poor the technicians are always BUSY!
Plus each time the power disrupts the internet log in has to be re enabled also on the wi- fi you loose more than 50 % of the speed. Luckily I also kept my Airtel and continue to use it even if the speed is lower at 4 mbps.
This company has no service support and very few technical people, also they dont do the wriing into the house so its one big mess. If you have to take it for the high speed then first try out for one month dont trust them with your money unless you wish to be fooled like me.
