I recently using ACT Broadband service as it has lucrative monthly plans. But I was soon disappointed with the service because of the internet speed they provided. Most of the time they provide dial-up speed, especially in the morning. Also the download speed is very low. Once you log out, connecting again with server becomes almost impossible. I repeatedly complained about the problem but instead of solving it, the customer service people said that the problem is with my computer. I would not suggest any one to go to ACT.
