This company is dishonest to the core. On the last day of last month, my speed dropped drastically. I called support and simultaneously was checking on their app. It showed that the data left was 0 GB. I assumed that I have consumed all my data and told the support guy that I am withdrawing my complaint.
Next day, I saw the usage for the month on their portal. It was only 57 GB whereas the quota under my plan was 75 GB!
Then again, after 2-3 days, again the speed dropped drastically(happens quite frequently) and I called their support. The guy came and checked the usage. It was perhaps the 3rd day of the month and the usage was showing as 3 GB's odd. Within 10 mins after he left I checked again and it was showing 5 GB's odd whereas I had not consumed any more data. They themselves agree that there is something wrong with some devices(for eg an iPad consumes more data) but when the matter comes at compensating for the loss faced by the consumer, they lie blatantly. I was promised an additional 15 GB in lieu of the wrong usage of 18 GB deducted from my account by their support personnel called Vijay and they never did it and I had to live with crawling speed of half mbps for 2 days.
I have been using the service for more than six months and am feeling trapped now.
