As you all know that Act broadband and cable is worst, I would appreciate BSNL a lot.There was a problem in my router and I registered a complaint on Sunday evening.The problem was then resolved within Monday, the next day.But then it was not working And still I did not raise the issue, since I received an sms frm BSNL stating the problem had been resolved.
Within 15 mts I got a call asking whether the issue was resolved?When I replied that still internet was not working, within a span of 10 mts, the technician was there in my house, and rectified the issue within 2 mts and it started workingin fine.PLZ NOTE HE DID NOT TAKE ANY MONEY FOR RECTIFYING THE FAULT
I was using ACT Broadband initially and the service was so pathetic., Then by chance I changed to BSNL and it is working great for 2 years[1st problem in 2 years].FAR FAR FAR FAR MORE BETTER THEN USELESS ACT.
CABLE:act cable is worst than all the other cable.No STAR CHANNELS, NO INDIA TODAY N/W, NO DISCOVERY N/W, NO NGC N/W ECT ECT.
Only 150 channels[of which free channels like DD, Loksabha Tv, RajyaSabha TV] and along with that 300 Rs.IDIOTS.HATHWAY, DEN ARE FAR MORE BETTER THAN ACT.IF WE INQUIRE THEY BLAME ON TD-SAT AND GIVE SOME UNWANTED REASONS.waste customer care.
Then I cahnged to "VIDEOCON D2H", and now very happy coz I have got rid of useless ACT cable and broadband.
The thing that must be appreciated is the swift response from the BSNL to rectify the problem.I got the calls from BSNL asking whether the problem was rectified or not and then when I replied that it was working, then my complaint was marked as closed.
MY KIND REQUEST DO NOT GO FOR ACT BROADBAND OR CABLE .PLZ PLZ PLZ I BEG YOU GUYS.DO NOT GET CHEATED
