I bought my Swift from ABT Guindy. At first the sales person claimed that he would give me tints on my car. Towards my delivery I was not given tints. I asked the sales person why tints are not put and he was told me that he cant arrange for it. I claimed that the sales man had told me about the freebie and he just denies on my face.
Any ways I picked the car up. There was a feed back letter I had to fill. The sales person calls me and emotionaly blackmails. So feeling sorry for the man, I give the dealership 10 on 10. Then on my plight just deepens.
First service was all about a wash and that too with salt water which left marks on the wind screen and my polish starts to wear off. Second service bought in black fumes which was ignored inspite of telling them over and over. But the people are very prompt in calling a customer an enquiring about the work done however if you complain on any thing then they take you seriously and dont do any thing at all. At 13000 kms my mileage drops to 12-13kmpl .
I told them and they told me it is very good mileage. So I came to the conclusion these guys are just inside a primitive shell. They know very less of todays technology. I had some body work, mileage and black fumes problem. They took the car in and when it came back there was bubbles and uneven painting.
They forgot the sticker on the running board and pillars. My mileage was the same and black smoke still came. I sent the feed back as really bad. Suddenly there were so many people at my door that I had to disconnect my home calling bell. The took the car and then corrected the mileage and the black fumes and some of the body work was still not proper. But since they started emotional blackmail again I gave them a good feed back.
So after that I am now begging these guys to get work done which I paid for. Pay and beg. Still my work has not been completed. Every weekend I call, sometimes they tell me come over (like I am obligated) or some time tey just say that there is too much work. THE DEALERSHIP SUCK BIG TIME AND I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT TO NE ONE....
I am intidimated by some of their staff, because the way they behave some club should have employed them as bouncers.
