As an ABN AMRO Freedom card holder I have had enough. The worst part is I am not able to get rid of it. Whenever I cancel my card, these guys call me a couple of weeks after and start talking to me about new features of the card.
I have a lot of four letter words in appreciation of their dis-service and am really frustrated with the way they operate.
You start feeling that these foreign credit card agencies should have never been let into the country.
I am hoping there is some other credit card provider that does not have a lifetime charge and that is willing to get my AAB freedom card cancelled. I will readily subscribe to that one.
The customer service reps are also such parasites, they keep calling you repeatedly, on their so called promotional offers. It always happens at the most inconveniencing times.
